Patriot Limousine is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the daily coordination of limousine services. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth trip execution, timely chauffeur assignments, accurate documentation, and exceptional service delivery aligned with our luxury standards.
Schedule and assign chauffeurs for daily trips while ensuring optimal fleet utilization.
Monitor trip status in real time and adjust assignments based on traffic, client requests, and operational needs.
Coordinate with clients, chauffeurs, and the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain clear communication with chauffeurs regarding trip details, timings, and special instructions.
Ensure a smooth customer experience consistent with Patriot Limousine’s luxury service standards.
Assist in ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, ITC standards, and company policies.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in operations, preferably in transportation, limousine, or hospitality.
Strong knowledge of UAE routes and basic transportation regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and dispatch/booking systems.
