The HR Manager will lead the human resource functions for Patriot Limousine, ensuring efficient recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. This role focuses on building a motivated workforce, managing HR policies, and supporting organizational growth while maintaining the company’s premium service standards in the luxury transportation sector.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for chauffeurs, operations, and support staff.
Oversee employee records, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance in line with UAE labor laws.
Handle performance management, training, and development programs for all employees.
Ensure compliance with Integrated Transport Center (ITC) and other regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in transportation, hospitality, or service industries.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and HR reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure, handle confidential information, and foster a positive workplace culture.
