Patriot Limousin is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our limousine fleet and ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, customer-service focus, and the ability to manage a premium chauffeur team while upholding the highest luxury service standards.
Manage daily limousine operations, including trip planning, dispatch coordination, trip assignments, and fleet availability.
Oversee chauffeur performance, shift scheduling, route planning, and on-time service delivery.
Uphold Patriot Limousin’s luxury service standards across all operations.
Handle customer escalations, feedback, and VIP service requirements with professionalism
Oversee daily vehicle inspections, cleanliness standards, and readiness for service.
Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws, ITC regulations, limousine licensing, and company policies.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in transportation, limousine services, hospitality operations, or similar fields.
Strong knowledge of UAE limousine operations, fleet management, and regulatory requirements.
Professional communication and leadership with both clients and staff.
